These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 7u7b platform and all related services. By opening an account or using any service on the site, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the site.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the 7u7b platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to register or use any service on this platform.
• You must be a real individual and may not operate an account using automated methods or bots.
• You must use the site based on your own judgment and voluntary consent.
• Each person may only create one account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person will be considered void.
• Platform employees, partners, or immediate family members may be subject to specific restrictions regarding the use of promotional offers.

2. Account Registration & Management

When creating an account at 7u7b, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. We reserve the right to close accounts where incorrect information has been provided.

2.1 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. Do not share them with any third party.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
• An account may not be transferred to another person.

2.2 Verification Process

To ensure secure transactions, 7u7b may conduct an identity verification (KYC) process when required. This may involve requesting a copy of a national ID card or passport, as well as proof of address. 7u7b reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are currently available for depositing funds at 7u7b: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account immediately.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name for deposits.
• Deposits made by a third party are not accepted.
• 7u7b is not responsible for any technical issues with the payment gateway.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• All applicable wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• If a user has received a bonus, withdrawal is not permitted until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been fulfilled.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity verification.
• 7u7b reserves the right to hold withdrawals during an investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus received. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may benefit from each promotion once only.
• Bonuses may only be used on designated games or sections of the platform — specific terms apply to each bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• 7u7b reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If a user is found to have attempted to claim bonuses fraudulently, the account will be closed and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• Separate terms apply to VIP cashback and other loyalty benefits.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activity at 7u7b is conducted under clear rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled; however, 7u7b may take necessary action in the event of a technical error.

• Bets will not be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance.
• For sports betting, the official result of the relevant event will be used to determine the outcome.
• If a technical error occurs in a game, the bets for that round may be cancelled.
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected, the account may be suspended until an investigation is complete.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Using software or algorithms to gain an artificial advantage.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to any game or system.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Taking any action intended to harm other users.

6. Fair Play & Security

6.2 Fraud Prevention

If suspicious activity is detected on an account, 7u7b may temporarily suspend the account and begin an investigation. If fraud is proven, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

7u7b reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Fraudulent activity or operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• If evidence is found that the user is under 21 years of age.

Upon account termination, any bonus or promotional funds may be forfeited. However, the return of verified deposits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7u7b platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of this brand or its suppliers.

• No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or modified except for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss resulting from the user disclosing their own information or sharing their password with others.

7u7b reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service for necessary maintenance and will endeavor to provide advance notice wherever possible.

11. Privacy

• Your information will be used solely for operating the service, ensuring security, and fulfilling applicable legal obligations.

12. Changes to Terms & Legal Matters

12.1 Changes to Terms

7u7b reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in the case of important changes. Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If no resolution is reached through negotiation, an appropriate dispute resolution process will be followed with the consent of both parties.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms, the privacy policy, and any applicable bonus terms together form the entire agreement between 7u7b and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by these terms.
